VPN Client/Profile: The VPN client/Profile can be setup from within a location profile or from the “Program Setting” option screen. If the VPN Client / Profile is setup within the Location profile and the “Program setting” option screen, the “Program setting” screen will take priority over the location Profile. A VPN client/Profile can be setup by limited users in the location profile, but only by the Administrator on the “Program setting” option screen. Location Profile settings, if present, take precedence. If Location Profile settings are not present, then the global settings for VPN take precedence. 2. Use VPN Flag: The use VPN is only applicable when the VPN Client/Profile is configured. When this flag is set and a VPN Client/Profile has been configured, the VPN will automatically be started when the technology profile is connected. This flag is configured as part of the technology profile by limited users or Administrators. The Use VPN Flag is not supported for Ethernet. 3. Enforce VPN flag: This flag is use to disconnect the technology when the VPN is not connected. This applies to all technology profile unless the “Exclude VPN flag” is set for that technology profile. This is an Administrator only setting. The Enforce VPN Flag is not supported for Ethernet. 4. Exclude VPN flag: This flag is only applicable when the “Enforce VPN flag" is set. If this flag is set the technology profile will not honor the “Enforce VPN flag". This is an Administrator only setting. The Exclude VPN Flag is not supported for Ethernet. ======================================================================= Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) ======================================================================= Question: Why are adhoc networks not working?
