-Redhat Enterprise Linux 4 64bit on Dell servers with the Matrox G200eW video controller

-If you do not update the pci.ids file, you will see the graphics controller identified as "unknown".


INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
----------------------

Installation command:
rpm -Uvh xorg-x11-drv-mga-1.4.9-7.el.18.x86_64.rpm

The package should automatically configure your xorg.conf during installation.

When you change monitors, you should run the command "system-config-display --reconfig"
Users can then select their max resolution, color depth, and monitor type.(Dell supports resolutions no more than 1280x1024)  
If the monitor is not detected automatically, the user can choose it manually.
If it is not available in the drop-down menu, the user should either update their
monitor.db file or choose the closest VESA standard monitor type.
